It seems like Randy Couture isn’t the only MMA fighter to appear in the new action flick The Expendables, the former Pride and UFC heavy weight champ Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, a.k.a Big Nog or Minotauro, made an appearance also. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, or Little Nog was in the movie as well. They play two of the soldiers on the island of Vilena, they’re only on screen for a few seconds, but if you’re a Pride or UFC fan you’ll definitely notice the Nogueira brothers. The scenes that took place on the fictional island of Vilena were filmed in Brazil, and what better guys are there to play tough looking South American soldiers then Brazilian MMA fighters?
