We reported the other day that Manny Pacquiao wants to fight in MMA, well it looks like there is a mixed martial artist who wants to try his hand at boxing. KJ Noons recently said in an interview with Fighthype.com that he would like to box Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr.
“I know Floyd isn’t looking to do MMA, but I would still be willing to fight Mayweather and Pacquiao in a boxing match and both camps have been reached, so we will see what happens”
“I will put it this way, both camps have been reached and both camps were very interested.”
The Strikeforce lightweight called out Floyd Mayweather after his knock out of Jorge Gurgel, and now wants to fight the other boxing great Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao. Noons claims both camps are interested, probably because the fight will take place in a boxing ring instead of a cage, where both Mayweather and Pacquiao both hold an advantage over mixed martial artist and boxer Noons. It looks like the MMA vs Boxing battle rages on, personally I’d much rather see Pacquiao and Mayweather duke it out.
