Brandon “The Truth” Vera suffered his third loss in a row at UFC 125 to Thaigo Silva which prompted his release from the UFC. According to several sources, his loss is expected to be overturned to a “no contest” because of Silva’s post fight drug test issues. It looks like Brandon Vera was saved from the chopping block as he is back on the UFC roster for the time being. As of yet however he does not have any upcoming fights booked. Vera has been medically suspended because of a broken nose he received at the hands of Silva.
